In Place is committed to providing exceptional delivery services to our customers. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding our local delivery service for items sold by our store. By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.

Delivery Areas

  • Delivery is available within the following areas: Jackson, Hoback, Kelly, Wilson, and Teton Village, Wyoming, as well as Victor and Driggs, Idaho.

Shipping Outside Covered Locations

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. If you purchase requires shipping beyond ground shipping with a major carrier, we will send a freight quote for you to approve and pay for before proceeding with purchase. 

  • If you have a specific item that you desire and wish to have it delivered to a location outside of our covered areas, kindly contact us directly. We will make individual arrangements to coordinate shipping and delivery for you

Delivery Fees
Our delivery fee begins at $150 for in town deliveries.
This includes a white glove service of installation inside and removal of trash. We do not remove furniture or other items outside of the purchased items packaging. 

Delivery Process

Delivery Scheduling:

  • Within two business days of completing your purchase (excluding weekends and holidays), our team will contact you to arrange the delivery.

Inspection and Refusal

  • Upon delivery, it is essential that you inspect the item(s) thoroughly.
  • Our inventory will be inspected prior to delivery and at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) received for any reason, please refuse the delivery at that time.
